I worked in two different church schools before going the independent home school route. I've seen ACE used properly and improperly.

When used properly, it gives you flexibility, a quality education, and most importantly, a Christ-centered education. One also has the ability to supplement it where they choose. ACE ministries also provides first class support, especially to those enrolled in Lighthouse Christian Academy. My daughter started in Kindergarten and is currently in 5th grade. She LOVES it.

I almost forgot. It is a learner-centered curriculum which yields benefits far beyond the traditional classroom approach. In closing, nothing is perfect, but when used properly by an educated person, ACE delivers as well as anything out there.
