Her Calvert Homeschool Review:

I too found myself homeschooling quite unexpectidly!! After piecing together a second grade curriculum for my then 2nd grader, I did some extensive searching and reviewing of the different curriculum.

I was afraid of missing something as well as not liking how fragmented my days were. After carefully reviewing the Calvert website and speaking with their educational consultants, I ordered their 3rd grade curriculum. I was not disappointed!

The lesson plans are very easy to follow. They cover every aspect of what your child should know. I started my 5 year old in the Kindergarten level and are now completing first grade.

She loves her classes, especially Math and science! I made the mistake of trying to go it alone with my older child andagain piece a curriculum together, and am regretting it!

I will be ordering Calvert's 5th grade curriculum for her! As far as cost is concerned, you are getting such a complete education with Calvert.

In addition, you have available computer classes as well as an endless supply of educational websites for your child to use via his/her log on id. I have ended up spending more by piecing subjects together than what I would have done by simply ordering Calvert. The lesson plans are very easy to use and each day is such a wealth of learning and hands on activities. And if you ever have any questions/problems, they are so helpful and easy to talk with!

My only regret is that they do not have courses through high school!
